We had a great time. It was a little crowded with 5 people, but that wasn't really a problem since we spent most of our time outside.

My husband and I stayed here for our recent trip to NYC and we really liked this location a lot! For the two of us, it was just enough space :) I would say as a heads up to anyone looking to book this property, it's on the 3rd floor so if you cant climb stairs well I would say avoid this option and look at another one of John's properties. John and Juanita were great! So accommodating and even let us leave our bag behind longer than normal check out time so we could enjoy our final day without our clunky luggage. All in all a great experience. :)
