This Duplex unit was just completed w/ all brand new finishes and all new furniture/bedding. It is a very comfortable and spacious unit. Everyone has their own room/space w/ flatscreens in every individual room. There is prvte outdoor space w/BBQ and seating for warm weather stays. The J subway line is a 2 min walk away & 15 min into the heart of Lower manhattan. The A & C subways are 10 min walk away. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores all within walking distance of the townhouse.
The space
This is a brand new 4 bedroom duplex which we just finished a few days ago. It has private access to the backyard with a BBQ and a huge teak table for dining. One of the bathrooms was done in full marble with a walk in rain shower with body Jet sprays and also a jacuzzi soaking tub with a 42 inch flatscreen to relax and watch. (this unit will comfortably sleep 8 but can max out at 10 people). Short 15 minute subway trip into downtown Manhattan on the J, A or C subway lines. All brand new furniture along with very comfortable King Size pillow-top new mattresses. Cable Network with all channels, flat screens in every room and Ultra fast Wifi. Plenty of parking on the street bc there is a school across the street. There is a big soccer pitch, basketball courts, handball courts and childrens playground across the street in front of the house as well.

This home is more than you can imagine! A Brooklyn Gem to say the least. Great value and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in besides my own (it was close..lol) One of my favorites so far in Ny... I love the energy and charm on the neighborhood

the place is clean could have been cleaner for the cleaning service fee that you have to pay but spacious and feels very homey . i really enjoyed my time here & for the small get together i had it was perfect !! Just be aware of the crowd of people from next door that hangs out in front of the house.

Brendan’s place is great! Very spacious for New York and great for large groups. Very close to the subway for travelers. Outdoor space is great for grilling and hanging out, quite private for the city. Easy access to groceries as well!

My stay at Brendans was pleasant for the most part, the place looks the same as pictures provided. Brendan was very responsive whenever I had questions. The keyless entry was a good perk. My only issue was we had bit of a fly infestation during our stay that took away from my experience.

Everything was amazing in this place the pictures do it no justice. The host was very helpful with everything that we needed and answered quickly. The neighborhood was not loud or anything.

The host was extremely late in response when we called and texted him throughout our stay. House smelled like weed all day long . Not a safe place to be especially with children. Find another home I’m being very honest.

Brendan’s place was super nice and accommodated my entire group perfectly. The area was nice and quiet and convenient as far as stores and eateries! I would definitely stay again just wish the grill had been working!
