We have a One Bedroom at the Princesa on Sandy Beach . It is fully furnished, all major appliances such as stove, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel microwave, toaster, reverse osmosis for fresh drinking water from ice maker, water on refrigerator, and kitchen sink, all accessories to make you feel at home. Our Condo also features a balcony, marble shower, a washer and dryer, wireless internet.

The Princesa de Penasco Resort Community is Rocky Points most beautiful area with lush green ground. One of the three pools set below the balcony for a great view. The Ocean is just a few steps away. Princesa de Penasco has three swimming pools, hot tub, a children's wading pool, a club house with a fitness center, and a restaurant.

I was leery of going through vbro because the more parties involved, the more room for errors. But everything worked out well. I disliked having to pick up the keys off-site, but it is pretty close to the condo. The condo meets the same high standards as the rest of the sandy beach condos. A word of advice for Americans terrified of Mexico- rocky point is very safe. The American travel/ hotel industry wants to keep our dollars here, they bad mouth Mexico. Everyone I know who goes to Puerto Peñasco wants to go back as soon as possible.

I rented the 1 bedroom condo at Princesa and spent 3 nights. The condo is very cozy and just big enough for a couple. I loved it. Great view of the ocean and Colins Restaurant near by. I highly recommend Princesa De Peñasco. Will return soon. Carlos y Devora from El MIrage, AZ

The property is beautiful and the condo as well! We walked in an were instantly impressed! The condo is all updated and fully functional! Beautiful beautiful beautiful view from the patio! The property is safe and clean! 3 pools and each access, uhhh YES PLEASE :) Will stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn't like was having to check in and out at a separate location but they were pretty efficient. Also a clear set of expectations for checkout would have been beneficial, I wasn't sure if I needed to wash the towels. Bed was large and comfy, beach was beautiful, I had the best pina colada!!! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
