You really can't get any closer to Main St. Walk out the door and you are in the middle of it all.
Located directly behind the Westin Poinsett Hotel, only one block to Peace Center. Cleveland Park is 3 blocks away.
The space
Uniquely decorated like you have been transported to an Old World French villa, uplifted with all the essentials and then some. All our guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The condo is very popular for honeymoons, anniversaries and romantic weekends.
Guest access
You have use of the entire condo exclusively for yourself. Including the large balcony for dining and relaxing. Parking in the attached garage is $7/day.
Other things to note
The condo is located only one block to Main Street Greenville. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Once you are here you will not need a car unless you plan to leave downtown. There is a great River Falls park just a few blocks away for a nice stroll or you can ride a bike on the Swamp Rabbit Trail (33 miles long). The Peace Center is just one block away as well, which features concerts, Broadway musicals and performances. Fluor Field is about half mile walk if you want to enjoy a minor league baseball game. Many restaurants offer delivery if you want to dine on the balcony instead of going out. There is also instacart available for local grocery delivery. The Farmers market on Saturday morning is an especially fun event to walk around and enjoy (May-Oct).

This apartment was fabulous! Everything you would want to be in downtown Greenville. Fully stocked kitchen. The beautiful decor was a treat in itself we just kept walking around saying look at this lamp look at these pictures look at this end table look at the bed! It was just a real downtown city apartment studio. Walk out your door up one block and you’re on main street and you can walk anywhere. The balcony is lovely (trees need to be pruned they are taking over) otherwise very relaxing. I am looking forward to staying here again.

We absolutely love "The Nest" Lovely decor and high end features. Our check in information was incorrect but one quick phone call and we were in the door. Highly recommend! Perfect location for Peace Center and Falls Park.

Ok— I want to lie and tell you not to stay here so I can keep this awesome place secret so I can always be able to stay here! BUT, I can’t do that because no one should miss out on staying at this perfectly located, cozy, incredibly well decorated place. It’s fantastic and it gives off an incredible hip, vibe. I wish I had the ability to decorate my own place with such attention to detail and cleverness. I can honestly say, this is the first time I have ever wanted to call the owner of a VRBO to tell them how much I enjoyed their place. If you are coming to Greenville- make this place your first choice!

Great location and cleanliness. The only thing I would recommend is a step stool to get into the bed. I think it is about 31/2 feet off the floor. Would stay again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for a concert at The Peace Center. We were a short walk from the venue and from bars and restaurants. Being able to have our dog with us was another added benefit. Nicely equipped condo. Appreciate the coffee especially! :-)

Ya'll this place is an 8 minute walk to anywhere you want to be! It is in the most perfect location and having the parking garage attached is so amazing. Everything was convenient, clean and cozy. The bed is a queen which isn't great but its comfortable so that's a plus. Bring your own creamer so stick in the fridge.
