It is the ideal space for travelers looking for a relaxing beach vacation , while being close to all activities. This luxurious apartment is also perfect for business travelers looking for a comfortable space to sleep and collaborate while still being close to John Wayne Airport. One block from the Bay and two blocks from the beach. Close to fun zone and the ferry to Catalina.

The space
Sitting just a stone's throw away from the bay, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom lavish townhome boasts extraordinary style and flair and provides luxurious amenities like a rooftop deck with sweeping views. The main level is completely modernized and features an open floor plan between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Natural light flows in through oversized windows in the living room, creating a well-lit space to cozy up with the pages of your favorite book, while a smart home music system, high-speed WiFi, and cable TV help you stay connected in the digital world. The ultra-modern kitchen is draped in white, making the space look especially inviting and open. Here, the inspired chef will adore top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space at the island.

The second floor plays host to two immaculate bedrooms. Sink into plush bedding in the master bedroom's queen-size bed, and enjoy an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a dazzling glass door walk-in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with twin bunk beds. It has a separate bathroom nearby with a large bathtub. The other guest room is located on the third floor and features a luxurious queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. A rooftop deck complements this stunning home and flaunts sweeping views of the bay.

Guest access
When you're not making waves at the beaches, catch a glimpse of contemporary works at the Orange County Museum of Art or stroll the shops of Fashion Island. Top the afternoon off with ferry ride to Balboa Island for a frozen banana dipped in decadent chocolate and coated with crunchy nuts at Sugar' n Spice—the original frozen banana bar on Balboa, which might ring a bell to fans of the hit comedy TV show Arrested Development. And if you can pull yourself away from all the local fun and activities in Newport Beach, then be sure to make the quick 30-minute drive to Disneyland or a one hour ride to San Diego zoo and Sea world.

What can I say? This place was absolutely amazing. Nazita did a great job of renovating this place and it's almost perfect! I really don't think I could have found a better place so close to the beach and boardwalk even if I tried. I promise you won't regret staying here. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time. Everything was exactly as advertised and the location was even better than we thought it was. Plenty of room for 5 of us and the bay is a 1 min walk and the ocean side is a 5 min walk away.

This is a very beautiful house close to the beach. It is clean and quiet. It was well stocked with all the extra comforts we may have needed such as shampoo and body wash, beach towels, shade umbrella, and beach chairs. The balcony has great views and plenty of seating. If we had to find anything wrong, we wished the master bed was king size instead of queen.

Everything is nice, new and clean. This is a great location. Within easy walking distance to plenty of food options. Very close and easy walking distance to Balboa area as well as the pier and a great section of the beach. Parking is tight but if you know anything about the area, parking is always tight in Newport! It’s just nice to have parking assigned to the property.

Great house, newly remodeled, right near the beach on Balboa Peninsula. Our family (6 in total: 4 adults, 1 teenager, 1 kid) fit perfectly in this house and it was plenty of room and just the right amount of flexibility and proximity for Newport Beach area. Everything was literally brand-new and checking in-and-out was a snap. Owners came by a few times and addressed minor issues that arose. The beach, shops, boardwalk, pier, and peninsula point were all very close and w/in walking distance...just a few steps away. Great place!
