The sun room/lanai has direct view of the swimming pool with a palm tree lined backdrop through the pair of six foot wide glass sliding doors. The sun room is a great place to relax in the evening or gather with family and friends while enjoying the pool area. The galley kitchen includes a pantry, full appliances, dishware, flatware, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster; everything needed to prepare and serve a complete meal. The dining area off the kitchen can comfortably seat six to eight with additional table and chairs on the pool deck.

 

The master bedroom is separate from the guest bedrooms for privacy and features an on-suite bathroom with modern custom tile walk-in shower, a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a flat screen TV. The guest bedrooms include one queen-size bed and two twin-size beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with coastal bedding and decor. It is obvious the home owners had fun shopping!

 

The home and furnishings were designed with relaxation, comfort and convenience in mind. Beach towels and beach chairs are on site and ready for your beach day pleasure. Bring your swimsuit and sunscreen. Florida and our vacation home await your arrival!
