Cottages were wonderful. We would happily stay there again. The AC works like a champ. The pool was perfect after hot days, however the pool deck is SUPER slippery so be very careful. Loft bedrooms were up a narrow spiral staircase - Perfect for my teens but I wouldn’t suggest for elderly or very small kids. Located on the quieter end of Duval street, but only about a mile walk to the other end.

We loved it. The only thing we found wrong was that we saw a few roaches and the tv remotes didnt work correctly other than those two things it was perfect.

I cannot stress enough how perfect this spot was. It was very quiet and the backyard was such a peaceful Oasis. The trees gave great cover and with a big group of 8, we spent most of our time in the pool.

We had such an amazing time staying in Pete’s cottages! A large group of 8 fit perfectly in these two rentals. I can’t say enough about the atmosphere these rentals created for our amazing Key West adventures. The cottages are close to so many things, including the awesome Banana Cafe. They are steps from LaTiDa where you can find the best Key Lime Pie martini in town, and also the perfect spot to just float in the huge and stunning pool to beat the heat. My main comment when sharing these condos with groups of adults: the spiral staircases are quite a challenge after cocktails, and the lofts are bright in the a.m. and wide open, so expect to be woken up by anyone who decides to party like a Key West partier should party. Otherwise this was the perfect way to have 4 couples in one place with plenty of space to spread out. Thanks for an awesome visit and a great experience. We would definitely rent this place again!

Nice Cozy place on the South end of Duval a couple blocks away from Southernmost point, beach, restaurants, etc. Has a nice pool and kitchen. Great place to stay. Two Bedrooms two lofts. Worked out fantastic. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would rent with them again.

We had 6 women staying in these twin cottages for a girls trip. The cottages are very clean, updated, and has one of the best pools in Key West! The location is a couple of easily walkable blocks to the action on Duval. The spiral stairs are a little noisy and not for the large or very intoxicated. This was our third time staying at this property and again it didnt disappoint! The management staff was professional and helpful. The cottages were clean and the beds had been updated The pool was clean and kept up during our week-long stay. Having the ability to do laundry while there was a plus! We will be back!
