This was our third consecutive year staying at this lovely property and by far our best stay. We made several improvement requests which were all completed before our arrival. The house was very clean and Joyce took great care of us as any needs arose during our stay.

For the second year in a row we spent December in this home. Wonderful property in a good location. Easy walk to the beach. A couple of items. The grill grates are rusted beyond use and a new grill is needed. (try stainless steel) and the master bed could use a new mattress. Finally upon arrival the garbage and recycling bins (in house) had not been emptied master dusted and toilet (master) obviously had not been cleaned recently.
Very nice place everything was clean and modern great location and pool however the pool furniture is horrible old and very uncomfortable and the towels and sheets were pretty worn
