Casa La Bella, our beautiful home located in Garrafon Park, Punta Sur, Isla Mujeres. This spectacular newly built home is surrounded by the ocean on all three sides offering sunrise views from the rooftop privacy deck or sunsets from the poolside patio. We stayed at this gorgeous property for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The views are even better than the pictures. The property managers were very responsive and even helped with the dreaded Covid testing. We loved having Punta Sur a short walk away for sunrise, and enjoyed our daily golf cart rides exploring the island. We hope to return to Casa la Bella in the future!

We spent 8 days at the property and it was wonderful. Everything was very organized and safe. The property management company helped us arrange golf carts, activities (Fishing and snorkeling), and were available to help with everything including Covid testing. The views are spectacular and the property and island are 5 star. Thank you for letting us stay here - it was perfect!

We stayed at Casa La Bella recently during our first trip to Isla Mujeres. The view from the back deck and infinity pool is priceless and is where we spent most of our time. The 3 master suites upstairs makes this a great property for a family or friends getaway. Communication with owner and property manager was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most relaxing time at Casa La Bella. The property was exactly as pictures showed. The house was clean, spacious, and every detail has been thought through. The pool area was stunning, we all were able to relax and unwind. Ricks play list was great! We enjoyed the island so much and really enjoyed getting coconut ice cream everyday at Punta Sur. Looking forward to getting back there!!

This was our favorite stay on Isla by far. We have been to Isla many times and stayed in several different homes/condos. We prefer the laid back quiet atmosphere of the South end. The home has an amazing layout. All the master suites are wonderful. Beds were very comfortable (which can be difficult to find in Mexico). I enjoy cooking and the view from the kitchen made my time there even more enjoyable. But my favorite part of the home is the pool/patio. You have the most amazing view on Isla looking across the 50 shades of blue to Cancun. The combination of the heavenly view and the sound of the waves against the rocks below can't help but melt the stress of the world away. Rick, Issac and everyone where extremely attentive to any needs. Thank you Rick, we are already planning our return trip.

I can not say enough to justify how perfect the property, house, management company (particularly Isaac) are. Short version: The property was stunning, private with the best view on the island. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail was impeccable. The design/lay out maximizes the view in every location. Perfect for couples that all want master suites. The management/house manager was so very helpful. We decided to stay longer on the island. Unfortunately, Casa la Bella was already booked. Isaac drove us around to show us other properties that were available. I will not make the mistake again not booking this house longer. The ONLY downfall is you do not want to leave the house!!! I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this is a time of exception. If you’ve never visited Isla, it is laid back and not super touristy. Everything just happens at its own speed around here. The isleños (island people) are very friendly and welcoming. It is safe as well. From the Cancun airport, you just take a cab to the ferry port and then hop on the ferry towards the island of Isla Mujeres. Before you come, you’ll want to rent a golf cart for poking around the island. They sell out fast so don’t wait until the week before. Playa Norte is lively and festive with lots of shops, restaurants and live music. The sound end of the island, where this house is located, is calm and peaceful. The house is located on the side of a cliff, overlooking the tranquil, turquoise waters of the Caribbean. You can hear the waves lapping the rocks from the back patio. In the mornings, you can walk 100 yards down to the lighthouse and Mayan Ruins to watch the sunrise over the ocean. It’s something you don’t want to miss. It’s breathtaking. Equally as beautiful are the sunsets over Cancun from the back patio of the house. You can see all the city lights of Cancun and even watch them shooting off fireworks each night across the bay. The house is spacious and promises everything you need for a fabulous getaway. It has 3 king master suites with en-suite bathrooms upstairs, each with balcony access, and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom downstairs. You can see those Caribbean waters from nearly every inch of the house. It is amazing. The house was very clean and the bed linens and towels were soft and plush. The beds are comfortable for a good night’s rest. Fortunately for us, we came down at a time when the home owner was on the island as well. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He went absolutely out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He gave us a tour and introduced us to the locals. He has a lot of love for this island, these people and this home, and it shows. What an amazing host he was; very kind and generous and ridiculously funny. Great company to have. He even left us a chilled bottle of wine in the refrigerator for our arrival. If you are looking for a place to stay, just stop looking.... this is it. It is hands-down one of the most beautiful and well-kept homes on this island. PS - Rick... can a girl get a hot tub?
