Great location with Lake Access on Beautiful Lake Wawasee!!! The Island will accommodate up 20 people in beds/sofa bed. Perfect for family reunions. Has over 50 feet of pier space to accommodate your personal boats and PWC's. The Island provides over 1.5 acres of space to spread out and plenty of room for parking. It also has mature trees that provide ample amounts of shade on the west end of the island to help keep everyone cool as they enjoy the main channel during their stay.
Guests that stay at the Island have the opportunity to access almost every part of the property. The only place that will not have access will be the 2 car garage.
Absolutely NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED on property!!!
Boat Trailers cannot be brought over the island's bridge as it will not make the turn. Please contact either Main Channel Marina or another marina in the area to store you trailer during your stay.
Bring your boat and launch it at either public launch sites near the island property. There is a bridge that crosses over the Main Channel near the Syracuse Lake Public Access that is low to the water that limits certain boats from getting under it. Syracuse lake access accommodates ski boats, runabout boats, and wake boarding boats. Lake Wawasee Public access accommodates every type of boat with no bridges to go under.

We had a great time! Nice location on the channel for easy access to Lake Wawasee. Very clean. Plenty of room for lawn games and multiple families. The only thing that may possibly be difficult for some may be that there isn’t a first floor master bedroom. Very nice great room where we could all gather. Highly recommend!

We had our family gathering of 17 people here. We had plenty of room to park, play yard games, grill, and enjoy an evening camp fire. We also enjoyed eating our many meals in the huge screened in porch. And sitting in the yard watching the grandkids paddle board in the channel surrounding the island. We are hoping to stay here again next year.
