All bedroom windows have blackout shades. All living area windows have sun shades. All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs and remote control ceiling fans as does the living area. The kids floor has a 60" flat screen smart TV and remote control fans. The home offers wifi and cable TV. Enjoy a spacious driveway which fits 2 large SUVs comfortably and available street parking (the benefits of a corner lot on a closed road outlet). Big Panda is at the most southeastern corner of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood bordering Rosemary. This is a Seacrest property which means you have access to arguably the most beautiful pool on 30A as well as beach access for your entire party. Complimentary tram service to the beach or pool - always helpful with little ones, grandparents, or any lazy pandas, is directly outside the front door. Otherwise walk to the beach 1/3 of a mile away or the pool a few blocks away. Beach chair service and many other amenities are available through vendors.
