The T/C is our 450 square foot Efficiency/Studio unit at SandDollar Cove Cottages. The unit has a Queen size Murphy Bed (very comfortable) and a complete Kitchen with all your appliances and utensils. There is a large bath room with a corner shower. In your living room area is a Full size Futon that is for additional sleeping accommodations. There are 3 Hunter ceiling fans and a 1 1/2 ton Mini/split a/c. You will have cable T/V with a 32" flat screen and Internet for WiFi thru cable (fast). We are saving the best for last you are just 75 feet from the water edge. In the beginning of this year we completed your 10' x 15' Gazebo with a gas grill and with power / lights and coming soon an out side shower........;-
