Live like a local, if only for a week, in this wonderfully updated 2 level home located in the Village of Suttons Bay. The entire town is right outside your door. Just park the car and enjoy everything this town has to offer. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Sleeps up to 10. Sun-Sun weekly in summer. Short stays are permitted during prime summer dates, however, deposits will not be charged for reservations totaling less than 7 nights (some short stay in the summer may be allowed) that are booked online until the reservation is confirmed by Visit Up North the next business day. Arrival and/or departure date must back up to existing reservations and/or begin/end on a Saturday or Sunday. Memorial and Labor Day weekends require three nights minimum.

 

"Blue Crush" has a place for everyone. On the main level, you will find a spacious living room offers flat panel TV with cable/DVD. WIFI provided. Open concept kitchen flows into the dining area. Kitchen offers plenty of prep space, dishwasher and tons of cabinets. Off of the dining area is a nice sitting area that can be used as an extension of the dining room if needed. Hardwood floors throughout the main level. Washer/dryer provided.

 

One main floor bedroom has a queen bed. On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a very nice attached bathroom with tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms feature 1 queen and 2 twins. Sofa-bed in living area. There is an additional bathroom with shower on the upper level.

 

This home is located on a corner lot. There is a porch on which to relax, outdoor furniture and a swing. Gas grill. Nice yard in the back of property. Just down the street from a park offering tennis and basketball courts and ice skating in the winter months. One block from restaurants, coffee shops, and lots of fun shopping. West Grand Traverse Bay is only a couple of blocks away. Beautiful sandy beaches, marina and more.

 

Sheets and towels are provided. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. 1 window air conditioner in upstairs master bedroom.
