This adorable cottage has been remodeled from top to bottom. We are now booking for weeks in the Summer of 2020. This cottage is located in the front section of Flora Dale Resort which offers access to 400' of Silver Lake Private Resort beachfront on Lower Silver Lake (an all water sport lake). Down on the beach you will have access to a swim dock, fire pits, volleyball and sandy beach area. Right off the backyard of Crab Apple Cottage is a heated underground pool, clubhouse (with ping pong tables), tennis court, basketball court, tether ball, horse shoe pits and a shuffleboard court. You are able to watch your children play basketball and tennis from the comfort of the cottage's patio, which has comfortable seating and a propane grill. Propane is furnished for renters. There is a fire pit in the backyard with plenty of room for all to sit around. Fire wood is not provided. The resort has the feel of a campground but you are in a cottage. It is loads of fun!!!

 

Crab Apple Cottage has central A/C, dishwasher, washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker (not a Keurig), crock pot, toaster, pots/pans & dishes. There is a queen bed in two of the bedrooms and full bunk beds in the third bedroom. (The bunk beds will hold a total of 300 pounds each). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Linens and towels are provided.

 

Mac Woods Dune rides is right around the corner and you are 3 miles from the dune's entrance. Town is 1 mile away - where you can find restaurants, Craig's Cruisers, boat rentals, scooter rentals, jet ski rentals, ice cream shops and much more. You are also close to Parrot's Landing & Wild Bill's ATV rentals. Also check out the Chicken Shack. They have live music on weekend nights.

 

Check in is at 4:00 pm (Friday) and check-out is at 11:00 am. (the following Friday). Weekend rentals are available in the Spring and Fall (including Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends). There is a 3 night minimum when renting weekends.
