Whitefish City Zoning requires rentals to be at least 30 days in duration to be in compliance with this area, however lessor periods are available with restrictions--contact the owner. As such we strongly prefer longer terms and offer to negotiate such. Written Rental agreement required and all rentals will be subject to the published Rules and Regulations, which will be made available to prospective applicants. Renter assume liability for all occupants.
