This home sleeps 12 people with ample space to enjoy family and friends...... All about relaxing & having fun! Linens are not included. Each bed has a mattress pad, bedspread/comforter, and pillows.

 

5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The floor plan includes 2 king bedrooms with full bath, 2 queen bedrooms, Large room with 1 Bunk Bed with trundle, 1 daybed with trundle, and 1 single bed. Sunroom has a daybed for sitting and can sleep 1. The Living area has two sofas and 1 recliner and there is a flat screen TV with cable. Dining table seats 6, counter seats 4 and sunroom seats 4. The kitchen is fully furnished, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, pot, pans, plates and all cooking utensils. There is a Washer and dryer for use during your stay (detergent not included).Cable TV is located in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There are 3 showers. There is a large yard that leads down to the private pier where your boat can be docked during your stay. Sit out on the patio area with fireplace to enjoy an evening by the fire with outstanding water views.

 

Taw Caw Boat Ramp is around the corner. You can see it from the dock.

 

There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and boat trailers.

 

There are NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING inside the home.

 

Located just off Interstate 95. About an Hour and half South of Charleston.
