Free Breakfast fixings for all guests' first morning: organic eggs, bread, butter, fruit, coffee, cream etc. Free chocolates in the evening. Japanese wood burning cedar hot tub overlooking the falls (available in winter on request and weather permitting). Cabin was very romantic an cozy, very clean. Exactly how advertised. Owners were very friendly, you didnt even know they lived on same property. All there recommendations were spot on! Definitely will be back soon... :)

Usually what you see in the advertisement does not always match up with reality, but this rental description was entirely accurate. While it is only a one room chalet, for me and my two sons, it was quaint, clean and beautifully situated over a river and mini-gorge with a waterfall. Close to Jay Peak and a nice town with everything you need. And the owners were so nice, warm, friendly and helpful. Admittedly, after two days of serious skiing, we opted on the third day to stay in the chalet by the fire and just relax and recharge.

Very cute, clean, beautiful place to go away and be with nature. Had all the amenities needed. It was very cold while we were there but the wood stove kept us cozy. Ian was very accommodating. You would never know they live right next door. We can’t wait to come up again in the spring to see the waterfall in full glory. Great place.
