NORTH BEACH, LBI - 2450 Sq. Ft. East Unit. 3rd from ocean. Constructed in 2011. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Full Kitchen, LR, DR, Den, Laundry and Roof Deck.
Master Bedroom Suite has Queen size bed and full bath. Junior Suite also has Queen size bed and full bath. One (1) bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The fourth Bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle bed. The Den has sofa with pull out queen bed.

Enjoy the convenience and safety of being Oceanside and not having to worry about you or your children having to cross the Boulevard to get to the beach.
Friday to Friday rental, avoid the Saturday mess. Be sitting on the beach when everyone else is sitting in their cars.
Plenty of Parking
Weekend rentals available before mid-June and starting again Labor Day.
Worried about social distancing? The beach is only accessible by the houses on our street and there will be plenty of room to spread out! Additionally, we are following all CDC recommended cleaning procedures between rentals and have purchased Molekule (TM) air purifiers.
Don't want to leave the house at all? If you send us a grocery list we will go shopping and stock the house for you before you arrive for a small fee.

Thanks to Jeff and Cathy for a great Labor Day Weekend with family! The house was well-equipped for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Jeff and Cathy have thought of the little details that make the house feel like a home. The location cannot be better, and the views from the rooftop deck are perfect for sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely beach house with access to a beautiful, basically private beach. We never sat closer than 20 yards from other families while at the beach. House has all the amenities needed for your stay, full of natural light with a great beach view from the dining room table and even better from the roof deck. Our second time staying here - we hope to come back soon!

Jeff and Cathy are incredibly thoughtful hosts! The house is wonderful and fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed for our stay. The location is amazing—the house is steps from the beach and we basically had the entire beach to ourselves! My family loved sitting on the roof deck and watching the sunset. We can’t wait to come back!

We just got back home after an incredible week down at North Beach! It couldn't have gone better! The house was perfect....amazing location just steps from the beautiful beach, spacious, and nicely decorated. The owners, Jeff & Cathy, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were 100% invested in our family having an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We especially loved the panoramiic rooftop fireworks, the ping pong table, the kitchen (necessary pots, pans, plates, icemaker, etc.), and provided linens (towels and sheets). We have been renting in LBI for over 50 years and this was certainly one of our best experiences! I highly recommend you give it a go....you won't regret it! -Carolyn & Fam

I don't know where to begin there are so many great things about this rental. First of all Jeff and Cathy are amazing host. They are great communicators and really care that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is beach block with a private access. The views from the roof deck and second floor are amazing. The house is clean and has everything you could possible need. Jeff is constantly improving the house (even though it is perfect). We had a large group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We have stayed here two years now and plan to make it an annual family tradition. Thanks for a great vacation Jeff and Cathy see you next year!

Jeff was an awesome host! Our group was there for a weekend the house was perfect. Access to the beach is only a few steps away and beach chairs were provided. Spacious property with beautiful views, too! Would love to stay again soon!

Very clean and nicely laid out to gather together. One minute walk onto the beach. Nice ocean view from the rooftop seating area. Hosts were helpful and friendly.

Jeff and Cathy are great hosts. This was our 2nd year renting. Jeff is very attentive and quick to address any questions or concerns. The house is extremely clean and set up well for a relaxing beach vacation.
