A beautiful location, great place.
Cole house is wonderful the beach area is amazing
Wonderful rustic cabin with a great location.
Felt like home.
Kevin has a beautiful place, against the water's edge where you can sleep on a comfy bed and hear the waves. The house is very clean, a good size and has everything you could need. It is in an inlet which is awesome for the kids to play. The beach cannot be beat! However, it gets overtaken by ducks two times a day as I think that is their feeding schedule when it is not rented. Also, the property does not have a working dock, it is underwater most of the time and when not underwater, it is filled with duck poop. We used the mooring and row boat. I wish the dock was more functional because it is a great place to get the sun. Kevin acts like a great host, however, he does not follow CDC guidelines during Covid so I was a little uncomfortable when we got to the property. Kevin kindly walks you around the property and inside the home but he does not wear a mask. My family and I are acting very conservative so that was difficult for us.
You cannot beat the location and privacy. Beach is sandy and the house living room window is 10ft from the lake. Amazing view to wake up to. My great uncle owned the property next door, so I was introducing my 2 yr old grandson to the way of life I grew up enjoying every summer when I was young. This place is great with small children and my granddog enjoyed it as well. It was hot this week, so the A/C was a life saver. We will be back next summer. We have 2 boats and the moorings were great. Without the dock we had to walk out to the boat or use the dingy provided. The water was warm, so we always walked out. Next year I’m sure the dock will be back in order. The only trick is keeping the sand outside. But who minds that challenge. Plenty of parking space for 2 boat trailers, 2 pickups and 2 cars. If you are looking for nostalgia this is the place. Every amenity is available. Paper towel, paper plates, Spices, oil, sugar, coffee filters. You will find everything you need and more. Definitely a place to stay!!!
The cabin is at a beautiful spot on Sebago Lake with a generous breachfront, and Kevin is a straightforward, helpful, and engaged host whenever you need him.

We had an amazing time at the Cole Cabin! We loved the private beach and the location was perfect. The house was super clean and had anything you could ever imagine in it for amenities. And central air! We highly recommend this property!
