The Sophronia was the perfect house for our family of 23! The location was rural enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the backyard, yet close enough to the city to catch an Uber. There are many different areas to hang out in, which made our trip exactly what each person wanted it to be. The theatre, the pool table, and the gym kept the children occupied while the adults sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance of the waterfalls. With 23 people in one house, we never felt cramped or like we didnt have our “me time”. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group!

I love this property! My second year renting it for my birthday and I must say all your guest will be taken care of . Plenty enough space for people to have there own bedroom and bathroom. Not to far from the local shopping centers and restaurants. I highly recommend for outdoor and overnight events.

We truly enjoyed our stay particularly the accommodating posture of the Owner who was at hand always despite the holiday period. The house is spacious and well cared for. It has all the amenities we desired for our vacation. About 30 guests were comfortably accommodated without any problem

We rented this property for my wedding and stayed for 2 days. It was the absolute most perfect experience I have had renting a property. Gloria was friendly and super accommodating with all of our questions and needs, she made us feel that we could be ourselves in the particular ways we wanted to use the property as weddings are extremely particular. We are definitely considering renting this property again as well as some of the guest that attended. This is a perfect venue for family and relaxation .

We needed a venue for a documentary. It was Very hard finding the right home with the right owner who did not try to take advantage of us. Gloria and her home was absolutely magnificent. 10 bedrooms. 2 kitchens. A movie theater. Gym. So much space for what we need it. She was fair and graceful and without her I would not have been able to make my dreams come true. We will continue to book this venue for all events and refer her to any and every person who was looking for an amazing property with a Owner who really cares about The customers and their businesses...This is rare this day and age. A home had plenty of towels plenty of toilet tissue plenty of dishes plenty of everything that we needed. Gloria was incredibly responsive the entire process. If there was a way for her to go the extra mile she did it. Did I mention the property was absolutely Magnificent with ample parking. Our family and friends celebrated our mother’s 80th birthday is this very lovely home. We were a group of 18 and all the bedrooms on three different levels were spacious and decorated beautifully. The master suite was huge and exquisite. The entryway and gorgeous artwork were simply gorgeous. The owner Gloria made sure we had everything we needed. This home was perfect for mom’s party and a good time was had by all. I highly recommend this home. Thanks Gloria.

The Sophronia is an absolutely amazing property <3 No accidents to report, even toddlers transitioned throughout the property with ease. the only attraction in ATL a large group needs! My family was a group of 21 people ages 1-40+ and the only issue we had was only having a two night stay >_< lol. Everything we needed was basically in the house! The pictures available of the property do it no justice. Although they are great pictures, they don’t capture all of the actual space. There are various gems available on the property from your favorite seasonings to a bidet! The host is an AWESOME woman with the most beautiful soul and helpful spirit. She accommodated us fully and was available whenever needed. Even with 3 floors of fantastic space & at least 15 devices we had no issues with WiFi connectivity, temperature or communicating with one another. There is an actual theater that entertained 12 children ages 1-16 with Netflix & movies (be sure to use the search function under the options button because not all titles are displayed!) there is a popcorn machine available for use but microwaved popcorn was what we decided to use. The main kitchen is fully stocked with the basics and the coffee is great! My family enjoyed the property to the max! Gloria is the BEST by the way! Don’t hesitate to reach out ! I asked a ton of questions and she politely responded in a timely manner each & every time. I can’t express the beauty & convenience enough! The Sophronia is designed & decorated thoughtfully. There is space for privacy and coming together! Worth every cent!

We hosted a three day family reunion at Gloria's home. From the initial visits to ensure that the space would meet our needs to the actual weekend, Gloria was responsive and helpful. The space itself exceeded the expectations of our 100+ reunion attendees. The online pictures do not do justice. We were able to have events in the theatre room and the billard area on the terrace level, upstairs in the kitchen as well as a variety of activities outside on the upper yard from Bouncy House to badminton to slip and slide to putt putt golf as well as reunion programming. Don't hesitate to book this place for your event. You will not be disappointed and Gloria will be there each step of the way to make sure that your event is a success.
