We loved spending time with family and friends here, feeling like we were away from the hustle bustle, but close enough to Knoxville to enjoy the city, too. We especially enjoyed feeding carrots to the horses; a bonus treat! The goats were cute also. Such a charming and comfortable place.

House is spacious and nice. Great stay

We rented this sweet historic home to house converging family while in town for our daughter’z graduation from UT. What a perfect place! We absolutely enjoyed it, from the comfort, the beauty ( AND LOVED THE LIT TREE WHEN WE ARRIVED) , the fireplace, the shared history of the obviously historic home, the convenient location between the university , my daughter’s church and the airport. If we ever find we need to come back, we will stay. We also appreciated the amazing communication with and flexibility of the owner, Christie.

Thank you for letting us stay at your property. Enjoyed everything and the peacefulness.

Lots of character. Nicely furnished. What I liked best is the horses, goats, and cows that are often outside next door. Large and well equipped kitchen. Huge master bedroom and large tiled shower.

It was a very peaceful and serene stay. It was great.
