We loved the house and the neighborhood! A couple of small things...with 6 adults, we wished the 3rd bedroom had an actual bed and, we did a lot of eating in but didn’t find any additional dish towels. Would love to come back here next year!
City Cowboy Villa is extremely nice. The host definitely has pride in the home. Has a very nice book to help make your stay very enjoyable.

We've been renting houses on VRBO for a long, long time, and while all have been pretty good, I don't think any can beat the Cowboy Villa. Is on a very quiet street, and just a block away from a very nice grocery store, great bistro, Baskin Robin, pizza, etc. and if you can't find what you want there, it's just a short drive to all kinds of other strip malls with anything you need. Inside, is sparkling clean, very comfortable bedrooms, and a kitchen with just about every kind of cooking appliance you'll ever need. Plenty of plain ol' plates and saucers for everyday eating, and a set of very stylish china if you want to fancy things up a bit. The weather was too cool while we were there to eat outside, but there's a great gas BBQ grill, we used often. My wife, friends and I are really into pickleball, and there is a huge park / pickleball / swimming pool complex about a five minute drive away. We were to lazy to ride bikes, but Scott has four very serious mountain-type bikes you can use, and there are plenty of little-used back streets, and very protected bicycle lanes on Ballard Ave, should you decide to pedal over. We found it strange that whatever the weather, all 20 courts were in heavy use in the morning until abut 1:30. We'd go over at 3 or 4, and have the whole place to ourselves. If you're not into pickleball, but like a nice place to swim, or just relax around a pool, there's a great pool complex a block and a half away. It was rather cool when we were there, but I stopped by several times, and was the only one there. Nice warm pool for lap swimming. In short, the Cowboy Villa can't be beat. We'll certainly be back the next time we're in the Phoenix area.
