Despite its diminutive size, Snow Hill certainly packs a lot in. There’s a bedroom loft with a new queen bed for one thing, and a full modern kitchen. There is also a new large tiled shower and a comfy living room with rocking chair. There’s even a fireplace and a private patio where you can have your morning coffee or sip some wine.

From the cast iron spiral staircase that takes you up to the cozy bedroom loft, to The living room adorned with old world rough pine paneling and a brick fireplace.

Located in the heart of Boston's historic North End, this single cottage, flooded with natural light from the skylights, was originally used as a sculptor's studio in the early 1960's.

For the past 95 years this property has been one of the most charming residences in the North End.

The modern full kitchen is ready to serve a delicious home made meal, that can be eaten either outside on the beautiful flower designed patio or inside on the new glass dining table, either way you choose, you dine in comfort.

The bathroom is very modern and luxurious with a subway tiled large shower with a Carrera marble bench seat and heated floors.

The dining area seats four and the living area has a double recliner, and an antique rocking chair, where you can sit back and relax as you watch the Sony 40" smart TV, or listen to our collection of music Cd's, or you can watch a movie on the Blu ray player with the collection of movies we have available.

After a day of walking the Freedom Trail you will retire comfortably to

The bedroom loft with it's new queen size bed with gel foam mattress, a laptop work desk is available for those who wish to read their Email or surf the internet.

relaxing and sipping your morning espresso or your evening glass of wine.

This place is an enchanted cottage! The owners provided all the amenities to make our stay feel like home. This is located perfectly in the North End. We were able to walk everywhere. It was a quick 10 minute walk to get to the Italian restaurants which was great. We ate at Giacomo’s and it was amazing.we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the cottage. We couldn’t have asked for a greater location. All our needs were provided for—even some food provisions should we need them. Such generosity we’ve never seen in a rental property before!! We walked everywhere: North Station. TD Garden. Historic Sites. Public Garden. Cambridge. Restaurants. Every direction had something new to discover. Even as the weather got colder and wetter, we always had a cozy spot to come home to. The weather did not deter us. Comfy bed, Clean and modern kitchen and bath. I can’t say enough about this spot. Look forward to another visit.

This was quite a special place. It was perfect for our anniversary in Boston. A very unique place in a perfect location just steps from all the great sites in the North End, but so quiet that you feel like you are not in the city. The owners have given this a place a very special touch and had great recommendations for North End restaurants. We would recommend this to any couple wanting a special stay in Boston.

From the minute we saw the cottage, we knew we had made a great choice of accomodations! A quiet neighborhood just off of the riverfront and steps from the Freedom Trail. The cottage is just right for two people and came well supplied with anything you may have forgotten at home. We totally enjoyed morning coffee or early evening wine in the patio area! The "locals" would stop by on their evening strolls and express their on-going attraction to this cute place. The cottage was cozy and the queen-sized bed very comfortable. We are coming back! Sue and Joe are great hosts ~ they didn't overlook a thing!
